Chocolate tea is a bi-product from the chocolate making process. At Nourish Hanalei we don't like to waste any part of the cacao fruit. By separating the chaff from the nibs, we achieve a beautiful loose tea. The flavor is slightly sweet, rich and earthy. The tea contains a small amount of a caffeine-like stimulant called theobromine. Brew it like loose-leaf tea in a pot or french press, add your choice of milk and a sweetener- enjoy!
